Several years ago, I was invited to a meeting of creative minds, dinner—soup as it were—and conversation. I thought to myself...creative soup! And an idea was born.
From 2006 to 2009, CREATIVE SOUP existed here as an online collaboration of creative folks—artists, writers, poets, thinkers, photographers. It was a forum for ideas, art, and musings. A place for folks to explore their own creativity, be inspired by other's, and share in a community of like-minded spirits.
In its short life-span, CREATIVE SOUP garnered an eclectic following of writers and artists, and the attention of the local media. In total, we collectively published more than 500 unique responses and reactions to the world around us.
